This company is simply the best. Not only will your job be done in a timely fashion , it will be done with so much perfection. They are so professional and polite. Jason and Derek I cannot thank you enough during the amazing job you did in my house.
Ryan did a great job helping us select the right carpet and vinyl flooring. Mo did the carpet installation and did a superb job in a great time. The carpet quality and workmanship were both A1. Would highly recommend West Valley.
My husband and I purchased some carpeting and flooring from West Valley flooring in Calgary, Alberta Canada in 2019 and again in 2021. We have had ongoing problems with the most recent purchase. We purchased carpeting to match the carpet we purchased in 2019 in the basement for our upper floors and stairs. The installation date was scheduled for Nov. 16, 2021. Matt was good easy to deal will. He pick and installer that was “qualified” to work with some of the uneven floor issues I had. Sadly the installer had no idea how to deal with the uneven floor. Not to mention the extreme mess from grinding and other non professional processes he used. I would never use this company again. The sales people ignored me after they were paid. Three red XXXs
Typo on my first review. We were overcharged close to $300 not $600 on our bill without any explanation as to what this charge was for.
I am not happy with the service we received at all. First of all I understand issues happen with renovations and I accept that. We started this process at the end of July and are still not finished. We are replacing all our main floor flooring (888 Sq feet) First issue: Cory did not measure our floors properly and when the installer came to put them in, what should’ve been a two day job then turned into a three day job. A horrible experience with WestValley. They used insufficient materials to install my floor, and then when I tried to talk to the owner about it, he was aggressive, rude and took zero responsibility. After having to fight for it, I got some of my money back, which just proves they incorrectly installed the floor. Given the conduct of the owner, I would not trust this company.
