Jason and his crew were polite, accommodating and efficient. They followed through on their completion date and the job was superb and the clean up complete. Very please with every aspect!
It all started with Tim who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. Then Nathan came over to install carpet on our stairs and install all of the base boards on the main floor. He did an incredible job. Our carpet and base boards look perfect. Dustin and Jason were awesome. Super friendly, and helpful. They showed up on time and did an excellent job with fixing the carpet. The cost was very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.
Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable about product when I met with him to pick out my flooring on an insurance claim. Installers, Jason and Dustin were so friendly and my new dining room/kitchen and bedroom flooring all look fantastic. They addressed a small issue I had with a transition piece right away and found a solution that satisfied me completely. I would definitely recommend them to all family and friends.
Tyler's crew including Brandon, Paul & Jordon did a simply AWESOME job replacing our old carpet with new Lauzon hardwood flooring! Their skill and attention to detail was apparent in the final outcome - a totally beautiful floor. While surprised by a subfloor of K3 board underneath the carpet (you can't staple into this stuff), they did their best to finish as quickly as possible. We recommend this crew to everyone.
Westvalley has been 5 out 5 from the moment we spoke with Frank Siebert at the north location. We received first class treatment and information and the installation was top notch. The installation twins, Derek and Daryl were friendly, hardworking and extremely knowledgable. Turns out our installation day was one of the coldest days we've had in a number of years and the twins took it in stride. Leighton, Jordan and Tyler all helped out with my condo floors. They were a pleasure to work with from the moment we met. They were fast, efficient, and very detailed. They were also considerate of my time and schedule along with the other tenants in the building. I will definitely work with them n the future!
