This is the third time we have used WestValley. We replaced our carpet, installed LVP on our main floor and just recently had Vinyl Tile put in 2 bathrooms. WestValley never disappoints. Ray and Tim have always been very helpful in our selection process and Nathan did a fantastic job on the install. We highly recommend WestValley for any of your flooring jobs.
From my initial visits to store, through to dealing with Chris, and then to our incredible installers (Tony et al), wonderful experience. Very professional, very considerate, extremely prompt, timely and trustworthy. Was kept in the loop throughout ordering, to installation and all confirmed and adhered to. Am planning to continue my carpet replacement with Westvalley and would recommend their services.

Tim and crew did a great job from selection of the product to the install. Everything went as planned, crews were on time never kept us waiting and install and clean up were very satisfactory. Would highly recommend.
Worked with Bartek on our tile flooring and custom shower / tub surround. Was an ultimate professional, keeping us in the loop on progress, making suggestions on tile layout and being accommodating on some special last minute requests. This is our second time working with West Valley and would highly recommend working with them (Tim B - selection), hardwood guys were efficient and took great pride in there work (sorry don't remember their names) and Bartek (tiling) for any tiling project.
After a dishwasher leak Derek and the staff at westvalley who are very knowledgeable about all types of flooring helped me choose something that I love and was within my insurance budget. Jason and Dustin were the installers, who did an awesome job! They are explained everything to me. I would recommend them all.

Had luxury vinyl plank installed. The manager was very patient and helpful in the selection and planning process. The installers Derek and Daryl were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Work was done professionally and on time as promised. Excellent customer service. Thanks.
Jason who is an installer contacted me after I asked for a good carpet guy in Calgary on Facebook. I am sure glad he did, great price, service and customer care. Job was immaculate and Derek gave us an awesome price. They move your furniture and replace and make the job seemless. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with a company.
