Lets start with the wine price -- the sign said $32 but we were charged $34 -- server response: "Yea, well I guess I should mention that to the manager" -- the price was NOT adjusted! And then the food -- likely will not be returning ..... shame as it used to be a favorite!

This place has lost what used to make it special…a sort of rustic simplicity but overseen with care and elegance. The food is bland and made in haste. The growth of westville in the city has been in direct proportion to its decline in quality. Too bad. Makes me miss the old days when it was a simple and trusted place for food at a good price.
Service very slow. Did not receive a greeting, menu or water until being sat for over 10 mins. Also waited over 20 minutes between finishing our meal and receiving the check to pay. Had to ask for it.
I made a reservation on OpenTable but the hostess refused to honor it. I was told I would have to wait 20-25 mins for a table. Upon asking why my reservation wasn’t available, all I was told is that they got busy. I don’t see a point in make a reservation if this restaurant will not have tables available. This was poor management on their part. Instead of acknowledging such, they made it seem as if I was in the wrong for expecting my table to be ready when I arrived.
There were egg shells in the breakfast burrito - disgusting
Turkey burgers taste wasn’t the same.
Made reservation for 6:30. A few minutes before 7 pm, was seated -- even though two 4-top tables remained open for most of the time. The hostess and manager were horrific and scored F for customer service. Won't be eating here again......ever. So RUDE.
One dish arrived cold and had to be sent back. I was charged for the entire bill (it was to be split 50-50). I was assured i would not be billed twice (we’ll see). The food i took with me was so badly wrapped that it leaked grease into my purse. And...noise level made conversation impossible even tho’ my dining companion was seated next to me- not across the table
