I made a reservation on OpenTable but the hostess refused to honor it. I was told I would have to wait 20-25 mins for a table. Upon asking why my reservation wasn’t available, all I was told is that they got busy. I don’t see a point in make a reservation if this restaurant will not have tables available. This was poor management on their part. Instead of acknowledging such, they made it seem as if I was in the wrong for expecting my table to be ready when I arrived.
There were egg shells in the breakfast burrito - disgusting
Turkey burgers taste wasn’t the same.
Made reservation for 6:30. A few minutes before 7 pm, was seated -- even though two 4-top tables remained open for most of the time. The hostess and manager were horrific and scored F for customer service. Won't be eating here again......ever. So RUDE.
One dish arrived cold and had to be sent back. I was charged for the entire bill (it was to be split 50-50). I was assured i would not be billed twice (we’ll see). The food i took with me was so badly wrapped that it leaked grease into my purse. And...noise level made conversation impossible even tho’ my dining companion was seated next to me- not across the table
Although the food was good, the waitress was rude and altogether bothered that we were there. We came to NYC to go bridal gown shopping and this was not a good start to our trip. Despite the waitress’ lack of concern for what we were ordering, how our food was or if we needed anything, the other staff were polite and cheerful. I wouldn’t go back there again though. Just not worth sitting through a meal where I feel like I’m bothering someone to do their job (and honestly we asked for nothing except when we ordered). Eye roll... read more
