Expected straightforward dining experience especially when we all ordered straightforward known choices. But the food was anything but that. Turkey chili was terrible! Cobb salad should have been a safe and relatively healthy choice, right? Nope! I was excited to try Westerville due to the volume of people I always see as I walk by on my way to work. Once we arrived we got seated quickly but it took about 8-10 minutes to even get a servers attention. I ordered the LA fish sandwich and the Greek salad + grilled chicken. In a nutshell, halfway thru our meal two women & a very large hairy dog were seated next to us (an Akita, perhaps). The dog couldn’t sit comfortably and most of the end of our meal was spent looking at the dog’s butt! His human was petting him & the fur was flying. The condition of the table was absolutely appalling! It was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. We had to request someone to come and wipe it down. It seemed like they had a habit of neglecting the table after a customer left. To make matters worse, the representative assisting us was clearly inexperienced and ended up making mistakes with our order. Can you believe it? The service is great, but unfortunately the food is less than mediocre. Under-seasoned and flavorless. Market vegetables are always barely lukewarm when they get to the table.

Our food was not prepared well at all. Hamburger ordered well done came out medium. But we couldn’t tell the severe because she never came back. Chicken for salad seemed like frozen chicken breasts re-warmed. Just not a good experience at all. No one ever offered a refill on drinks/coffee. Would not go back.

Unfortunately, an Alarm of some sort kept going off several times during what started out as a nice, peaceful Mother’s Day Brunch. This took away much of the the quiet ambiance.* *The Staff apparently looked confused and unable to disengage the alarm.
