Food was barely mediocre and truly disappointing.
Small portions, nothing was tasty, back garden is nice but zero views, nothing special overall.
Disorderly staff. Poor food. They’ve lost the touch of days gone by.
Locale is beautiful, service staff was great. The spot, perfect The food, not so much

Expected straightforward dining experience especially when we all ordered straightforward known choices. But the food was anything but that. Turkey chili was terrible! Cobb salad should have been a safe and relatively healthy choice, right? Nope! It was loaded down with gobs of bacon and feta cheese, and the other predominant flavor of the salad was the large amount of dill in the dressing. I was excited to try Westerville due to the volume of people I always see as I walk by on my way to work. Once we arrived we got seated quickly but it took about 8-10 minutes to even get a servers attention. I ordered the LA fish sandwich and the Greek salad + grilled chicken. In a nutshell, halfway thru our meal two women & a very large hairy dog were seated next to us (an Akita, perhaps). The dog couldn’t sit comfortably and most of the end of our meal was spent looking at the dog’s butt! His human was petting him & the fur was flying. The day was pollen-laden to begin with & this heightened our allergies. Shouldn’t you ask patrons who are already seated if they want to share a small space with a large dog?? The condition of the table was absolutely appalling! It was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. We had to request someone to come and wipe it down. It seemed like they had a habit of neglecting the table after a customer left. To make matters worse, the representative assisting us was clearly inexperienced and ended up making mistakes with our order. Can you believe it? The service is great, but unfortunately the food is less than mediocre. Under-seasoned and flavorless. Market vegetables are always barely lukewarm when they get to the table.
