This company will be fast to see you a vehicle. But once you drive it off they don’t care. I’ve had nothing but issues with this dealership and vehicle. I bought a 2020 F150 with 75k miles. Sales person told me when I noticed a missing locking cover and he gave me one that didn’t match said “You bought a used truck”. It took a month of fighting with them to fix the wheel barring that needed replacing and I had to “pocket” at the location for them to fix it at their cost. I had an Appointment for 8:30am to replace 1 tire that is covered over my warranty. And for my oil change to be done. I called in advance to make sure the tire was in stock and that it would be covered with my warranty IN ADVANCE. It is now 1:00pm and NOTHING has been accomplished. This is by far the worst service in the DFW. I don't not recommend to anyone. They are not reliable or helpful in any way.
We initially went there to purchase a used Ford Explorere. I did some research so I knew what years to avoid and their most common mechanical and electrical issues. I was confident on our buy. But the salesman Gilbert showed us a '20 Expedition King Ranch. My wife and I loved it immediately, so we bought it. Purchased a used car from here. 2020 model with 68,000 miles that “went thru their inspection process” and “everything was in good working order” within a week things started falling apart. My biggest red flag should have been when the finance manager tried to add $5000 on top of the warranty when I was in finance. I would not recommend anyone buy a car at Westway Ford. After owning mine less than 1 month, it has had multiple issues that should have been noted and addressed in the "172 point inspection" they claim to do on their pre-owned cars. Within the last month, I've been sold a car with dangerously overinflated tires, and the check engine light came on 2 weeks after purchase. Worse Experience ever, they made me drive from Houston just to close the door of the building in my face, even though, I was in constant communication on my arrival time to the dealer. This is not serious people to work with.
