First, the $2995 "DEALER PREP" fee was only disclosed with the final offer and pricing paperwork. Second, the bed of the pickup had holes/tears in it that were not clearly visible in the supplied online pictures nor were they disclosed in the text. The wheel well also had a large hole punched in it that exposed the tire to anything you might be carrying in the bed of the pickup.
I was in the process of buying a car. They had me sign a contract and begin financing. they needed proof of income, or they would raise the interest rate. I provided it for them when I got home. Then, they sold the car to someone else on my return trip to pick up the car. They also raised the price from the Internet price, claiming restoration efforts were not included in the price. Come in with 0 expectations and you will not be disappointed. Only reason we came to this dealership is because they had what we were looking for. We saw they had horrible reviews but took a chance. Well reviews were all on point. Initially we called, confirmed they still had the car, made appointment, left work early to make it in time to se/test drive the car. My worst ever used car shopping experience. They were deceptive and dishonest. I was sold a Lemon never gave me a copy of the so called 172 point safety inspection the salesman claimed they do. Been frustrating dealing with a bunch of young kids running a huge car dealership and now real knowledge or Customer Service Skills. Upper Management is hard to contact, they want give out their number or even have them to return your call. Do NOT come to this dealership. Truck online priced at $35k I come in to buy it and my first write up was $45k. They added $5k worth of “options” on the truck (it’s a 2020) if the truck is so clean why would it need $5k worth of “options”. Sales managers are very deceitful. They lowballed my trade I’ve been to 4 other Ford Dealerships this past weekend and they gave me the lowest bid by $3k. The worst! No one answers the phone. Had a recall on my vehicle they kept my vehicle for several weeks totally destroyed it kept bringing it back each time more damage so now my vehicle is literally falling apart and no one seems to give two trucks about it! Supervisor will not return my call. Just awful.
Shady & Bait you into coming in. They charge over way over MSRP & plus Add ons.
I advise you to never purchase a car from this dealership. I made the mistake of buying one from this dealership and on the way home and my front right tire blew out and they refused to help me or replace it. Later on I figured out that both headlights were out and the horn doesn't work. Then my keyfob became disconnected with the car to top it off. 08/29/23 Had my Ford Edge towed in to the Service dept. at Westway Ford (Irving) to run a diagnostic ($195) I explained to the advisor what the issue was and what was done to the car the day before (oil change , new oil filter and switch), but low oil pressure light is on and the car keeps stalling .
