Cash-out Refinance This was the easiest and fastest refinance process I have ever had! The entire process took a little over a month from application to closing! Bill Jones and Kellie Reis were both accessible and very responsive throughout the refinance process and I have already referred him to a few friends.
It was a wonderful experience It was super fast. Very professional and very helpful. I would give 100 stars to Mr. Jones. He explains to the point you really understand. He always got back to me in no time with a call, text or email.

Fantastic Experience Bill was absolutely incredible to work with -- he was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire refinance process (which can be a highly stressful and confusing time for a lot of people). His professional yet friendly and patient demeanor made this process easy and he was always personable, and available -- much different from a lot of the other companies I have worked/talked with. Great Customer Service!! I need to share with others out there how I enjoyed my relationship with Bill Jones and his assistant Vanessa in refinancing my mortgage. They were in constant communication every step of the way. As Vanessa put it "I won't leave you hangin", and they never did.A professional, courteous, satisfying overall procedure.
