Wonderful, prompt service and was honest throughout the process. When I started this process, I had something specific in mind. I originally looked a many different vendors and started the process with a couple. What the made the difference with me, was they said they were doing what I wanted but as I started looking more that wasn't the truth. Billy helped us out of a mess. I expect we were not typical--older and without a lot of resources. Billy listened patiently to why we needed to refinance (a stupid mess we got into and needed to pay off) and how terrified we were that, if this didn't work, we'd end up homeless and on the street.
