kind, friendly, explanatory, and professional.....the best experience I have had on such dental work in years. Dr. Jim was very good and answered all of my questions. I had doubts as I was switching dentist from Paradise.....and taking recommendation of a family member that I should choose this office.They were correct; this is a great office, equally as good, if not better than my dental office in Paradise of 35 years.....
i meant to give it 5 stars lol my mouse messed up, i love you guys and your service, my favorite thing is the decor when i first came to you i loved that it wasn't a scary dentist office but looked like a home way more comfortable not to mention the staff that are more like cousins than secretaries :)
Very nice office facilities--very friendly and efficient staff......lst visit and evaluation, including procedures to achieve objective was somewhat confusing and not totally clear. Explanation did not detail each of the stages as well as how many visits, for the crown and bridge work before commencement on the InVisalign. Treatment case receipt, with only 4 Totals noted on the printout confused me even more, as I felt that for the complexity of the process through orthodontic, it should be more than just 4 visits......which... read more
I love their dentists and the staff there. They always make you feel welcome and get to know you by your first name. I feel so relaxed and comfortable whenever I go there. I also referred my dad here and he had such an awesome experience here, he is recommending all of his friends/relatives here too!!!
I told the lady on the phone when I called to check about charges, that all that needed to be done was re-cement the bridge back in place and didn't need x-rays as the bridge was put in less than 2 years ago. The friendly lady said on worst scenario it would cost $181.00 and on the best it would be $84.00. So I came in and let Dr. Jim talk me into an x-ray, as he witnessed when he saw the x-ray, there was no need really for the x-ray as the bridge was set less than 2 years before. Made appointment, but no time for procedure. I made an appointment because I have a cavity. I could feel it, I can see it. I arrived for my appointment on time. It was confirmed that I do have a small cavity. There was not time to take care of it. I had to schedule another appointment. Living 40 minutes away, its not all that convenient. The other problem was that the computer calculated my bill wrong. My insurance pays 80%, yet my cost was almost half. The secretary is going to look into that for me.
