Scheduled Appointment I had an appointment at 11:30 AM on June 16. I travelled from Las Vegas to St. Louis and rented a car and drove to your apartment on time to have a tour. But nobody was in the office and it was locked. I tried to contact but none replied. I do not know if that happens before renting an apartment, then it is really frustrating! everything is broken I moved in and had a broken shower, a broken sink, holes in cabinets, water stains, missing blinds and now my AC has been broken for AN ENTIRE MONTH with 100 degree weather. Go anywhere else you can afford.
Regretting moving in My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 4 months and we are regretting it. Everything seemed wonderful at first but everything went downhill starting with our move in date. We agreed on a move in date and booked a moving truck and friends to help for that morning. We called that morning just to double check on some things and they said we could not move in yet because the apartment wasn't ready. Nasty Moved in and there was a dead mouse! Water stains on the walls. The cabinets are falling apart.
Bad and getting worse The condition of the property as the maintenance staff gets cut. The new manager is the worst of the 4 I have been here for. Thank goodness I am out of here. Bring a shovel as it often takes 3 days to get walkways cleared.
