Do not rent at Willows on Weidman! Willows on Weidman is a terrible place to live. Despite the steep cost of rent and fees, facilities and amenities are in disrepair. Apartments feature multiple 50 year old appliances (stove/oven, furnace) that are dysfunctional and even dangerous. While living there, my furnace caught on fire and I was told by office staff that this was not considered an emergency. Verified Renter I just started moving in but my toilets were brown and black on the inside, all metal is rusty, and my apartment smells like pot all the time. I don’t smoke pot.

Verified Renter A nice area and nice enough apartments and amenities. The walls are super thin and I constantly hear my neighbors above me slamming things or doing the deed and it has ruined my peace.

Verified Renter You need to do general updates to roads!!!! There are way too many pot holes and deep cracks. This could be easy fixed with cold patch! FIX THE ROADS.

Verified Renter Location is the only real benefit of these apartments. The apartments are really outdated for the price in rent with no real amenities being offered; the laundromat is also a big disappointment.
Verified Renter Neighbors rattle the walls with their music at all times of the night, asked for something to be done about it 4 different times no one did anything about it. Units are old and in desperate need of renovations/upgrade. Insulation is terrible; virtually non existent. Laundromat is a joke. Washers are all out of order and any available ones are absolutely disgusting and if you’re lucky to find a decent one it will probably rip your clothes. Scheduled Appointment I had an appointment at 11:30 AM on June 16. I travelled from Las Vegas to St. Louis and rented a car and drove to your apartment on time to have a tour. But nobody was in the office and it was locked. I tried to contact but none replied. I do not know if that happens before renting an apartment, then it is really frustrating! everything is broken I moved in and had a broken shower, a broken sink, holes in cabinets, water stains, missing blinds and now my AC has been broken for AN ENTIRE MONTH with 100 degree weather. Go anywhere else you can afford.
Regretting moving in My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 4 months and we are regretting it. Everything seemed wonderful at first but everything went downhill starting with our move in date. We agreed on a move in date and booked a moving truck and friends to help for that morning. We called that morning just to double check on some things and they said we could not move in yet because the apartment wasn't ready.
