Verified Renter This place is very quiet and peaceful. Friendly neighborhood and yes maintenance team is great. The only thing that is missing is laundry room per unit. Otherwise this is a great place to live.

Verified Renter Great maintenance & office people. Great access to many stores within a mile or less. Its a great view driving home viewing tree lined Weidman Rd. Been a resident for over 20 years.
Verified Renter Everything has been good so far. Maintenance got here within a day and fixed everything we said needed to be fixed. Only complaint is that the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors.

The community here seems pretty friendly, everyone minds their own business so far but isn't afraid to say hello. The unit we got is gorgeous and we're well on our way to having it fully decorated and furnished - I can't wait to have my family and friends see our new place!
