Beautiful property helpful management Leasing office always happy to help resolve my issues and maintenance is quick and would rather complete replace something than have it not work. Property itself is beautiful and in a very nice location
New residents I love the new neighborhood & the guest & people who live here are so nice and helpful especially working the laundry room and the app. I would recommend anyone to live here

Exellent It came to thought that I needed a new apartment. A start of being w grown up. I came to prospect for that beginning. I ended up love it and it's a great location! It's nice, I get to have my space and that beginning I've always wanted.
Awesome open floor plan We have a 3 bedroom apartment in Ballwin, MO and it is very nice and affordable for the area that it's in. It is right off of Manchester road and has an awesome open floor plan in the kitchen and living room. I love how I can be cooking in the kitchen and still be talking to people in the living room or watching tv because it's open. Diva10 I am a new tenant here at Prospect Creek Apts. I moved in May 2014. I absolutely love, the Lay-out of my 3-Bedroom. I must say, I had some concerns about my Kitchen and Bathrooms. I emailed an appointment time to speak with the Manger. We talked about my concerns and put the work order in. 1 week later to my surprise, I had what I needed for my sink & stove and both Bathrooms. Love this place!! I have lived here for almost a year now. The office staff is amazing, especially Tyler the leasing manager!! I live in a one bedroom apartment that is very spacious. I moved here because of the specials that were offered. If you are looking for a quiet place to live that has a great office staff check out Prospect Creek!!

Nice for the price We got a sweet deal on our apartment...we are in a two story loft with tons of storage and closets. We both have our own closets and a full bathroom. On our patio, we a nice 4 x 6 storage area and the porch was large enough for patio furniture and a grill. The people in the office are super nice. For the price its a good location and we are close to the laundry room.
