Our Winchoice sales representative, Trevor was great!!!! The installers were polite, they cleaned up after themselves & tried to put everything they had to move back where they found it (just not real good at hanging curtains but they tried) & they did a great job with communicating with me & installing my new windows. I love my new windows & I'm already telling my friends & family about them.

I am well pleased with WinChoiice and window installment that was done this Tuesday. As of now , everything was done professionally and in a well organized manner. The lift arrived on time and work began as expected. Josh and his crew were work orientated, work and not even a lunch break! They did a fantastic job. The standard windows are well done and that BALCONY WINDOW DOOR is SUPERB! Never thought it would be such a window door. I keep looking at it in unbelief. I had an excellent experience with Winchoice. I just had 14 big windows and a 96" wide sliding glass door installed last week and the team that did the installation did a magnificent. They work very hard and fast. And I am extremely OCD, and the installation team did not leave one thing undone or untouched. I was adjusting the thermostat before they even finished, and I have noticed a significant change in the way I manage the temp in my house just over the last few days. It's been a pretty good experience for me since purchasing my windows ?? several years ago. I have also utilized their referral program which has paid for not only my windows but has allowed me to pay off major debt. The new app is very helpful! There are some things I do wish could be better on managements part by keeping their word on some things and listening to be open to changes that I recommend being one of their top referrals. I had a wonderful experience with Sandro’s team installing my windows. They were very efficient, polite and professional. They were satisfied with nothing less than making it a perfect job.
