I have never in my life been more harassed as I have been from these guys. I never did call them but did request info online. This was a huge mistake. These guys call me several times each day. This is not a good business model.

I am getting 10 or more phone calls per day. I BLOCK a number and a different spoofed number comes up My next step will be to contact an attorney to see what my options are.

They bugged my wife to no end about recommending up to 4 other homeowners to do their sales pitch with them. They promised us $250 dollars to us, and each homeowner that agreed to hear their sales pitch. So we gave them the names and information of 2 homeowners that we know. Well as you can guess, the same woman calls back a couple of weeks later and tells my wife they were not approved. She says she can’t tell her why. Imagine that. This company is very aggressive. Will not stop calling me from various phone numbers. I have blocked several but they just keep calling from a different number. This is harassment. I just want them to stop.

I dont understand how this company has an A+ rating on BBB. WinChoice USA Roofing division came out to give a quote on our roof. Initial quote was $67,400!!! Then a dog and pony show about calling the manager, and got it down to $49,872. Having already gotten other quotes and researched cost of shingles squares, we knew we needed 50 squares that would cost $250 per square...that includes labor and material. Winchoice came into our house and gave us a 3-hour sales pitch. It probably would have been only 30 minutes if he did not sit there and bad mouth his competitors. He started at $60,000 and came all the way down to $28000. What the heck!!! That's a big price drop for not even changing anything on the windows. That in itself is a HUGE red flag. Winchoice scheduled an appointment to measure windows, no one showed or called. I have called the customer service number at least four times to verify my appointment. No one returned my calls. I signed the agreements last week and want to void this contract. I need help to stop this madness.

This company uses lies and deception to trick you into getting windows installed in your home, with the financing they really are giving you a credit card and put a fourth of the balance on it and then later they add the rest which shows up on your credit report as a balance increase that can negatively impact your credit score. They never tell you that the financing will be a revolving account, they just straight out lie to you about the financing.
