Outstanding product and customer service! I will recommend to others.
From the start: The salesman....Justice Walker,...a young man who was first very personable, second, knowledgeable, and was able to convey that knowledge to me as a customer. A pleasure to work with. They also worked with me on the price making the numbers work for me to be able to get the job done. Not all purchases are pleasant experiences. Very much do to Justice this experience was. I would gladly recommend Win Choice to any and all those considering purchasing replacement windows !
A man named James and two sons installed my windows. They did a very good job and cleaned their mess as they went. When they left you could not even tell anyone had been here except of the new windows. I would give the installation crew 5 stars, but because of the cost of windows I had to give 4 stars. Even though the windows are a high quality product. I thought WinChoice USA was very proud of their windows, but I am now very proud of my windows.
I wouldn't recommend winchoice. They're very pushy and expensive. I could've paid my house off for the quote they gave me. They also ran my credit without my consent.
These people call from so many different phone numbers spamming my phone everyday almost it’s frustrating
Our home recently damaged by tornado 3/14/25 salesman contacted us and pressured us into getting roof with outrages amount . I have tried to cancel contract in the time required 3. Business days . Cannot get in touch with anyone to confirm cancellation

Our salesman, Terry, was very thorough. I am an avid believer in this product. The installation team did an amazing job, in the professional installion of our windows. It didn't just stop there, tho. They cleaned up every last bit of the trash from the old windows that had been torn out, hauled off all the all the debris from it and vacuumed up their mess inside. They were extremely careful to drape the "lacquer black" grand piano of which they had to install 4 windows by, two of them being in a "vaulted ceiling" area above ... read more
Once you give them your phone number. They will call you from a zillion different numbers for the rest of you life. It’s been about a year since I inquired and every single day they are calling.
By Tennessee law I had 3 days to get out of a contract. I have been trying since Friday the 6th for someone to call me back so that I could cancel my contract. I have left messages 1 or 2 times a day with no response. What can I do and can you help me? Thank you Charles ******
