Get directionsWindow Nation is a scam. They offer buy 2 get 2 free and 18 months interest free and they quote a price and then raise $2000.00 it is all a scam. We never received any discount delayed work and we did not receive any promotion pricing. We do not receive anything that was told to us by the sales person. Buyers beware!!!
I've renovated four houses in my lifetime, one of which was a gut remodel. I estimate I've spoken to 50 different companies and Window Nation is unequivocally the worst - and I've spoken to, and received a settlement from, Power Home Remodeling Group. The WN experience took something like four hours - not the 1-2 promised. What to expect: 1. The sleaziest of "sleazy used car salesman" tactics 2. Lies, lies and more lies Specifics: Went to a public event where window nation was present to inquire about windows - in the expl... read more
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful, but after that, things went downhill and still going. Did not get a call for appointment to measure windows after sales meeting - had to contact sales rep who prompted measurer for appointment, and that went ok. Sales rep warned that install could be 4 months - turned out to be 6 months and I had to start calling at 4 months for status, and was repeatedly promised "another week" which repeatedly fell thru. Installers barely spoke English t... read more
Called to ask what the lead time is on their windows and they refused to tell me - said I have to have someone come into my home first. I told them I just wanted to know an estimate on how long it will take to get windows installed - a rough estimate would have been fine, but they were very pushy about getting into my home. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a very long hold, was hung up on. Way too pushy to do business with. They must want to hide something.
They called me every 10 minutes and wouldn't leave me alone I told them I'm not interested! Don't deal with this company.
The sales rep was good and thankfully she answers her emails. No one else does. When we got an email stating our windows had arrived at the local outlet, I emailed the customer service email address three times to schedule an install date, it wasn't until I copied our service rep that anyone responded. The install crew left garbage and tools in our yard, disrupted lights and did not fix them after and scratched the aluminum trim on at least one window. Less than one month after installation we woke up to find one of the ... read more
We paid cash for our windows so when they came messed up. Do you think they would help? No. We aren't financed through them- why would they!? Customer service skills are lacking 6 months later... I wouldn't waste your money with this company unless you want terrible service.
Window Nation is not what sales man claimed their "Superior Service", the price what I paid for is not justified!!! I signed contract on July 1 and salesman told me no the window installation will be no later than Second week of October. After month goes by I called up the office and checked the order status, they told me it will be likely delayed to in the middle of November. I tried to reach manager and one is on vocation and another one is not reachable and I escalated to higher manager which is North Eastern general man... read more
Do not use this company! Customer service is the worst. They confirmed and canceled multiple times on the same date. I spoke to them multiple times about the permit and inspection and was told multiple times the contractor would handle it all. When he claimed the job was complete, I asked what about the inspection "it clearly reads must have inspection " on the permit. He packed up and left before we could do a walk around. Village wants them now to take out all 5 windows for inspection. Plus I am missing trim. I called... read more
