I wish I could give them 0 stars. They have smooth salespeople who make big promises, but they do not follow through and their customer service stinks. I purchased 8 windows to replace 8 old windows. They did a terrible job on the installation, leaving gaps around my windows that I could stick my fingers through. We realized they had re-used the old j-channel - from windows that were 30 years old! Who does that? We told the installer about the gaps and, as he was leaving our house, he told us those gaps were "not his pr... read more

We got 5 different quotes for replacing windows and doors from various companies and this was BY FAR the worst quote experience. Very aggressive and high pressure. You either agreed to the price right then when offered or they "closed the account" and moved on. No other company did this. It also took much longer than the "hour max" it should have. And after all of that, it was only $400 cheaper than the quote we went with.

I will say everyone I spoke with, were quite friendly. Sales guy, great. That being said, he's great at selling. But I'm convinced the window he showed us for the demo, is not the same windows they installed in our house. Not a single window of 13 locks. My husband has called with zero response to our newly installed, now unsecured windows. The worst thing you can do to represent a business, is bad customer service. Ghosting customers shows lack of care but mostly guilt. Trust me, I'm not finished researching the poss... read more

Called window nation per their advertised special of b2g2. 0% financing, no payments for 2 years. All of that, a lie. After telling the sales rep I did not want to make a contract same day, he continued to persist. Unfortunately, I caved and signed. Financing was 9.9% starting 30 days after install for 120 months. True 0% interest options were ungodly down payments and remaining balance due at install. When calculating the price, he came back with 19,500, when I still didn't sign, his "boss" miraculously had a huge... read more

If you want unsightly seams down the flashing that you can stick a pencil into; this is the team for you. I complained to W-N management, they said its fine. Just not like the other 40 windows I've had done before by multiple different (better) installers.

I do not recommend using this company at all. It's been months we are waiting for our windows after they made a mistake. There is nobody to answer us or tell us what has happened to our order. This is the worst experience that we had. Please advice your friends and neighbors to not use this company.

Will never use this company again and I suggest nobody else use them. They hire subcontractors who don't know how to install a window. Then when you try to get someone to fix the work they messed up on, it takes weeks. Twice they never showed up when scheduled (after missing days of work). Then they fix it and try to make you pay full price for the 5 months of hassle, only to take off $500. Company has poor values and does not value their customers or work. Try to avoid at all cost. Avoid the headache. ON TOP OF THAT... the... read more

Contaminated my house and yard with lead paint debris and has done nothing to remedy the situation. Windows installed poorly twice. On first install the crew left my windows (9 of 13) open to the elements without any capping as well as poorly insulated. Tried to leave without saying anything and changed the exterior appearance of my home without consult. Was promised all damaged wood would be replaced by the salesman Nowell. He was a real shark, got the signature and was mia. None of the damaged lead paint coated frames were... read more

I do not in any way recommend using Window Nation. Avoid them like the plague. In my experience, they won't live up to their contractual obligations and you will need to be on alert and prepared to spend countless hours for them to follow through. I called them after seeing the ad for buy two windows get two windows free with 24 months free financing. They quoted me for their Grandview window. From what I can see, I believe they mark up the prices just to mark them down and make you think you're getting a "deal." I r... read more
