Get directionsWe ordered our windows during a time when shipping and materials were at the worst. However Windows Nation did a great job keeping in contact and letting us know the delivery status. The crew that came was amazing. Gabino was the foreman. He was great to work with. They installed 21 windows and a sliding door in 1 day. The quality of work was amazing. I would recommend Windows Nation to all friends and family.
Baltimore WN installed 4 double glass windows on top floor and they definitely are the best windows on the street. They stands out and are making huge difference with cooling efficiency during the 2021 Summer. Much quieter now inside also compared to heating every car that drive by. No brainer purchase. Accumulated hours of research before deciding to go with WN. Contractors were in and out and detailed down to the granules. Maybe I lucked out with getting competent contractors. The good and the ugly. I bought the midline windows, the Grandview. They do cut down on the road noise and I can tell a huge difference in the amount of UV light that is coming through the windows. That is about it. The quality control is awful and the windows aren't the quality I would expect for what I paid, some still have a sticky point opening and closing. They were supposed to replace two sills which were not replaced and I listened to conversation saying uh oh and this is a problem, not sure what happened or what the ... read more
The sales experience was good and the product seems decent two months after installation. However, one of the windows is defective (it only opens about three inches) and one screen was damaged in transport and not installed. The installers noted both problems, and I mentioned them to a company rep who called to check on my satisfaction a few days after the installation. So far they haven't initiated any follow up and my emails asking for help remain unanswered.
Window nation is at my house now installing new windows. They look great. Mike Green the auditor stopped by to check on progress. He was very helpful.
I worked with Chris, whose follow up was top notch. He kept me in the loop on everything and was highly professional throughout the entire process. I never had to wait for more than a couple of hours for an email response. The employee who came out to measure called 30 min. before arrival and was on time, efficient, personable, and courteous. I was told it would take about 2-3 weeks from the date the order was put in to the actual installation. The measurements were taken on 11 May, the order went in the following week, a... read more
We spoke with salesman Jim Bissell who was very knowledgeable and thorough with his presentation. We appreciated his honesty and the affordable options he presented.
Great customer service better than avg products this place has more knowledge on products than any other company ,there installation is top notch can you get windows cheaper ? Sure but you can also get them installed poorly and buy junk to without even knowing the difference . They show you this and educate you so this company goes above and beyond for customers from what I've seen and in an industry where many fail ,window nation keeps up .
my wife and i purchased a home that was in need of all new windows before we moved in , we purchased this home in jan 2014 , i am posting this review now , because of the other people giving bad reviews. we were very impressed with our salesman showing all the window grades and options. i never felt pressured , and upon reviewing the quote to replace all 22 windows , i felt $12,500 was a honest quote .keep in mind, we upgraded to a tinted window and also wanted the new windows to match the design of the old windows from 1936... read more
