I'm still satisfied with my windows. One of them has a little bit of play when its locked, so I may need to reach out to Window Nation for an adjustment or repair. But other than that, I've been satisfied for many years.

From start to finish of my windows and door installation I couldn't have been more satisfied. The Design Consultant Dan Mattison was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products and the process. My windows and patio door were installed on September 27, 2024, the installation technicians arrived on-time, were friendly and efficient. I can't say enough about Window Nation. All the superlatives! We were simply thrilled with the service and product--from our first meeting to go over our needs, to the measuring, to the installation. Just had 5 new windows installed and boy was I happy! If I could give this company a 10 I would! Great salesman and installers! This is how a business should be run! In March I plan on getting more. Way to go Window Nation!

How can I tell you what Window Nation means to me? Granted, the install has to be as excellent as their Employee Anthony Lorenzano. I will update; but if it were not for Anthony listening to me, understand my unique circumstances and customizing his presentation to my specific needs, I wouldn't have a an Install of 11 Windows! N. Ackers estimated the cost. He was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. We purchased 13 large, double hung, middle tier windows for a little over $1075 each. That was nearly double what we paid for 10 windows in 2012 from a different window vendor. I think the first 10 were a lower level window. These windows were very large. We went through our credit union for the funding. In VA, there is no buy two - get two window free, that's only for MD and DC. Also, there is no reasonable zero interest financing. We used Window Nation to replace all of our windows several years ago and had a very positive experience - from the salesman/estimator to the crew that removed the old windows and installed the new ones. It's been about 4 years and I am still very satisfied with the new windows.

Good people to do business with. From the first call to the sales representative coming, everyone was kind and professional. I didn't feel like I was pushed into a sale. Overall great experience. would do business again
