Our salesperson Paul Chaput came to our home here in Seattle. He was so knowledgeable and friendly! The windows and slider door we ordered look like they will fit beautifully in our home! Can’t wait for the install! I would highly recommend Paul to anyone and I will!!

Jamie was my first contact as the sales rep. She was super engaged, very knowledgeable of WN products and was not at all a hard sell pusher. She literally sold me on the prduct, all 10 windows and 2 patio doors. Next contact was Shentell, as the customer service agent. Again, super easy to talk to and seemed very invested in my happiness with my purchase. Finally, the installers. Nico and Al were simply amazing.
