Aidin was on time and professional. But more importantly he was honest. He was knowledgeable and shared information on what to look for when buying windows, but at times when he wasn't sure of an answer to our questions he admitted it and made calls to find the answer. He wasn't pushy or over eager to "make a sale". Being a family man and knowing how expensive home improvements are, he was understanding and respectful.

Overall a 5 star experience. Presentation and sales were polite and respectful, while a bit pushy and traditional as one would expect from a sales pitch. We received the typical short turnaround needed regarding them requiring us to give a quick answer or else the discounted deal we were quoted would expire. Scheduling was a bit confusing. Did not show me a window when he came the first time.None of the sales people are showing the windows until you’d have a contract signed.It seems that is the way of sales today.it seems easier to cancel that way. Sam answered all of my questions.👍🏻
