Did not show me a window when he came the first time.None of the sales people are showing the windows until you’d have a contract signed.It seems that is the way of sales today.it seems easier to cancel that way. Sam answered all of my questions.👍🏻

The rep that came out was Holly. Introduced herself and is energetic and great to talk to. She knows her product and very knowledgeable about she was looking at. She pointed out areas where we need to have repairs done around 2 windows. We're getting the windows we want at a great price and she was fantastic because I'm a hard nut to Crack and she cracked me.
