Eric’s presentation was thorough. He discussed the Milgard windows and Window Nation warranties, the framing profile for all picture windows in terms I understood, the silicone caulk used and why, the various types of window glass and how each performed using a heat lamp, and the installation process. I appreciate that he allowed me to interrupt with questions which he answered to my satisfaction.
