I had thirteen windows installed. I asked for a statement, so I could use it for my income tax. All I received was a plain piece of paper that showed only ten windows had been installed and the amount charged. They messed up that one window, putting a double-hung window above the garage, which I did not want, and I was charged $1200, which was not on the invoice that I received. I found broken glass around my home. Waited 6 weeks for my young’s daughters window look that came missing from the factory to be installed and over 12 weeks later I’m waiting for a screen for my kitchen. Horrible experience
