Was told the initial meeting was no more than 60 minutes, took 3+ hours. Sales associate told me the buy one get one window was a “scam†his words, because it’s only the window and not the install. After install made 3 attempts to reach regarding a broken window that was installed broken (they new) and no call back about replacement.

Klaudia was amazing. Can't say enough about her. The installation wasn't as smooth. There is a broken window frame, hole in 3 screen,damaged window glass. Ecr. I know you are coming this week. I really hope that you stand by your words. So we will see.
