Window Nation did not provide the installer with the correct outside trim. The color we ordered was different than what was installed. Unfortunately we cannot change it now. The window manufacturer’s quality control did not notice the amount of glue type material that was on every pane of glass. Removing it was a time consuming process because every pane needed to be removed from the frames and cleaned on both sides. We ordered full screens for 4 of the 5 windows. Part of the project wasn't done according to the contract, and when I called the company to discuss this, I spoke to someone who said that the person to talk to was out of the office, and that she will call me back. That was two weeks ago. On top of that, during the first initial consultation, my wife asked if the windows will be easy to open for her, she is a little short, and we were assured that they would be. My delivery date got pushed 2 weeks, a window was delivered and installed broken. 4 of 5 screens were not delivered at install, as well as the cranks to open the windows. 1 of the windows will not open. They came twice already, and my new window is still not installed. The installers accidentally broke a light fixture, and damaged a wall in my bathroom leaving me to find it later. And on trip number 2, the agent just looked at it and shrugged

I've received complaints from my HOA that the exterior trim does not meet requirements. I was assured by Window Nation before signing for this project that they would coordinate requirements with the HOA to avoid this issue and issues like it. I've sent multiple emails to Window Nation seeking amelioration, and they have not responded beyond an automated email. Each time I get an automated response telling me to wait up to 48 hours for a response, but it has been over a week without hearing from them.
