There were a few bumps in the road prior to my windows being even being constructed. They came and said they were going to install windows almost a month before, so I wasn't real happy about that. And then first installer they found out that 2 of the windows were measured incorrectly so they had to come back. I mentioned it in an email I sent to Window Nation, that I had a really had a hard time understanding some of the installers because I wasn't sure if it was Polish that he spoke. We have had a terrible time with the installation, results, and experience. It was a long process that did not go well. They came in twice to fix the issues, and for them to come back another time was not ideal. We are very disappointed with Windows Nation at this time, and I would not recommend them.

The person who came out to do the estimate took a long time. He was trying to find out about other companies and prices. I didn't appreciate it. I had to ask him to move on.

Product was not as special as explained in sales pitch. Caulk used was common brand found at Home Depot. Installers were from Home Depot. Next time I would go to home Depot.
