The installation crew was a nightmare. They were not equipped to carry the windows or slider door safely to where they needed to be installed. I loaned them a hand truck. Their language was embarrassing for my neighbors and despite being told of restrictions they blocked my neighbors garage with off loaded windows on both days they were here. I could go on.
