I was expecting brand new windows, patio doors and professional installation. What I received were defective windows, defective patio door and installers that left multiple nails behind. All double hung windows have trim detaching from the glass allowing water to get behind the rubber seal. Patio door has a hole in the plastic trim. Large Picture window has a bubble in the glass, both side windows have trim detaching from the glass. Bad installation, poor customer service, no callback from the sale manager or either store manager, they offer me zero financing, next I know I got bill for a credit card with third party, drop my credit score to 95 point. They install wrong window with out telling me. And lot more. Definitely I will not recommend to anyone. They promise me that they will take care of things was wrong I didn’t get no yet this has been 2 months

The salesman appointed was great knowledgeable. Measurement crew respectful my first installation crew was great. However, how the issue with one window and a second was sent out to fix the issue. He was rude to respectful and fought with my neighbors. Excessive Profanity and laziness at one point he threatened to break the windows. Unprofessionalism at its worse.

Signed up for 18 months no interest to pay. Put down a large deposit and at the time of installation, they demanded payment in full despite being approved for 18 months with no interest. My credit took a hit and I closed the unused account which also affected my credit. I have emailed them and have received no reply

I'm not satisfied with 3 of the 5 windows installed. I have been trying to get an answer from Customer Service sine August 05 as to what they are going to do about this issue. It is now 08/24 and I have not heard back. I have called numerous times and each time I'm told that I would get a call back. Still waiting. Not happy with the service.
