Had an ok sales experience. But what we thought we were getting didn’t translate well to the work order and the installers didn’t understand the entire scope of work and also had some incorrect materials. Customer service was excellent and sent the correct materials immediately and were able to get the installers on the same page as us about our project. Based upon my overall experience with Window Nation, I would not recommend them to anyone and would caution friends from purchasing any products from Window Nation.
