I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I had to take a day off for installation and when the person got here he said he didn’t have everything he needed and would have to come back which meant I would be inconvenienced another day. When they did come and do the install they came without the screens which I was told would be another 3 weeks. Would not recommend window nations

My windows don't open all the way, and that is something I'm really upset about. They were told to open the windows enough so that an A/C unit could fit, but they didn't open the windows enough. There is also a gooey, sticky substance coming from the windows.

Some of the lower window sashes appear to be out of square, some of the window frames are scratched up. On the flip side, they work much better than what we had before.
