It was poor communication from the sales reps to the finished products and services, as well as poor communication from corporate to the customer. I consistently had to reach out to them for follow-up. As a customer, I don't have time for that. I'm paying for a service. I constantly had to ask where we were with the project, so it was frustrating.

I will never recommend Window Nation, they are terrible, I'm telling everyone I know NOT to use them! Terrible quality of install, had to be done 2 times, and damaged my property.

Install was less than perfect. Window lines don’t match other windows, had to tell install tech to seal large gaps on outside, screws and broken glass littered my driveway causing 2 flat tires. Not a good experience and will not recommend. Guess you get what you pay for

12 windows were installed. Many of the windows woodwork was very damaged by the installer. One bedroom woodwork looks “butchered”. I emailed owner of company who hasn’t responded yet. I spoke with Shawn at Window Nation last week and sent him pictures of the damaged woodwork. One window screen was missing and waiting for that to arrive and then installed. However, would like a response.

I’m in the “4%” of them measuring windows wrong, yet they completed the project and sent it for payment even though the project is not complete. Communication is generic and cheap. I had to initiate the communication for the delays, and the project being incomplete.
