Your sales team of Nick Marler was amazing! But when it comes to customer service, getting someone to talk to you and keep you informed on what is happening would be most helpful. I called numerous times and was transferred numerous times because each area did not know anything about my window. Then I was scheduled for installation and then cancelled because they were waiting on a permit. Then I heard nothing for a month and then all of a sudden my husband said they called and were installing our window 3 days later. More co... read more

Window Nation provided poor communication, and they didn't follow through with promises. I had difficulty contacting anyone to speak with and kept getting transferred to an out-of-state service center, which said he would have someone contact me. No one ever did. I called 3 times and was promised a call every time. I also asked for a copy of the order form or a written invoice detailing the cost of my windows and the discounts I was promised. With overall experience, the salesperson, the measure personnel, and the installers were nice, but setting an appointment was horrible. If I could've gotten my money back, I would've.
