The installation and sales appointment were timely and professional, everything in between was horrible. There was no communication until scheduling. Our appointment was in March with installation setup for May. Had we not called to check on our order in late April, we may not have gotten our instillation. It finally was available a month after we were advised it would be. Installation was mid June. We went with Window Nation due to their available turn around time. We have mixed feelings about Window Nation. On one hand, the window itself was good, and the installation was good, but the internal communication between the salesmen and installer was terrible.

Price is always an issue, I would have liked all the plastic shaving cleaned out of the windows after installation

The install process was insane. When they made mistakes, it took months to fix it. I had gaps on my doors for weeks on end. It was a headache to get anybody to come out and fix it correctly.
