My old windows were 25 yrs old and one was the original, and it was 50 years old and these $15,000 windows are noisier than my previous ones. It is so noisy in my bedroom, I have to sleep with ear plugs.

I ordered 8 windows and one back door which were to be installed on the same day. Workers get here and NO door. It didn’t come in. I would have cancelled and had it all done at once. The window installers were good but crushed one of my downspouts in the back right under the bedroom window and didn’t tell me. So door comes later and 2 men show up to install. One worker named Mike would walk through my house…even unlocked my front door!! My back door is easy access through the yard along the side of my house to the vehi... read more
