It was very difficult dealing with our salesman who came to our house. He was very degrading to women and did not follow through with his words. We signed a contract and found out within 24 hours that we could have gotten a 0% interest rate. When we asked about it, he said, "Sorry, you already signed the contract." The salesman was a snake.

I would not recommend Window Nation - WN St. Louis because we just had sliding glass doors installed 9 days ago. It worked perfectly at first, and now it will not open. The first time I called, they stated someone would call me back within 24–48 hours. Now, they state they will have someone contact me within 1–3 days. I am afraid to open it and am still waiting for someone to come fix it. Their customer service is not all that great.
