I believe that service or handling concerns about something that comes up after windows are installed goes a long way in making a customer feel good that they chose the right company. In our case when we called about a problem we were NOT informed that would arise after windows were put in I was not only insulted but also jerked around to the point where I want nothing to do with this company.

The beginning of the process of getting new windows was excellent. The salesman was freat and installers were awesome. The problem I'm having is getting my damaged screens replaced and a window sash replaced because lock is broken. I was told the repair guy was bringing the screens when he came to try and fix the window lock. He had no idea what i was talking about. Myself and the finance compy the i financed my windows have been trying to get eta on the replacement parts.

I am dissatisfied with Window Nation's customer service, their timeliness, and false advertising. They lied to us multiple times, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had nothing but problems from start to the insulation for one. The salesman only mentioned one time that I could make a counter offer and never mentioned it again till after I signed the papers another thing is you don’t give out a written priceless of the windows so you don’t know what you’re paying for each window you just have one bolt price, another thing is that when they came to measure my windows they did not give me a 24 hour notice that they weren’t coming.
