First experience with Wise F&I as a service advisor calling in a mutual customers claim. Had an amazing advisor, Thomas who kept the ball rolling for us and was able to secure repair authorizations in one call in! The hold time was minimal less than 5 minutes. Looking forward to working with Wise F&I in the future!
