Thomas was great! He answered all of our questions and eased our frustrations over the dealership that was giving us false info regarding the warranty and claim process. Not only did he take one of my calls but he took my second call the same day. Very happy with the outcome!

Terrible service, they approve a repair then when it comes time to pay it, they start nickel and diming the shop and debating the charges AFTER THEY APPROVED THE REPAIR AMOUNT!!! They don't want the shop to be able to make any $$on the job (news flash, need to make profit to stay in business) They attempt to dictate pricing and markup. Our shops (72 of them) will now be advising any customer that comes in with this warranty to cancel it and get a refund as we will no longer accept them.
