Terrible service, they approve a repair then when it comes time to pay it, they start nickel and diming the shop and debating the charges AFTER THEY APPROVED THE REPAIR AMOUNT!!! They don't want the shop to be able to make any $$on the job (news flash, need to make profit to stay in business) They attempt to dictate pricing and markup. Our shops (72 of them) will now be advising any customer that comes in with this warranty to cancel it and get a refund as we will no longer accept them. They are scammers. The process which you provide all the work is very long and at the end, they do not pay!!
