Went today for the discount they were offering local residents, they would not honor it. It is suppose to run thru march 31st.

Cashier failed to apply our military discount. When my husband noticed it he had to go back to the cashier an show her the mistake. They said it will take 3 days to get 158$ back an we had to pay 138$ to go through that day. Crowds were horrible an wait time was bad. Once we got into the aquarium it was so packed you couldn’t even see the animals. The museum was extremely hot. Way over priced for the what we experienced. Absolute waste of money. Place was over crowded anywhere you turned you would run into someone. Couldn’t get to any of the places to actually view the wildlife because of all the people that were in front of you. We did go when it was half priced so Im sure that played a part in it but even at half price it was a full disappointment.

Way overcrowded. Couldn't see anything. Walkways narrow to much and create log jams of people. May try again on a weekday. Not worth a 2 hour drive.

Drove all the way there to be told we had to wait 2 hours after buying our tickets to get in and this was at 2:00 with few people in line. So disgusted and thinking it’s a ploy to get you to walk the store and shop for two hours...Ugh 😏

We drove 4 hours away and have been looking forward to this since it opened. The price is not worth what we seen. When we ordered tickets we were not aware that this was a half price weekend for surrounding areas, so it was crazy busy so we missed a lot. Staff was wonderful and friendly, we understand you can't control the public but this is way unorganized. We have been to Ripley's and it is only $25 a person and more to see. I waited from 1-2:30 in the ticket line, and when we finally go to buy them, we find out you can't even get in until 5!!! You have to sit and wait until they decide to open the doors and let you walk through! So if you really want to see this, then pencil in at least a 2 hour wait time along with the wait in line!! They lost my business today along with several more that walked out. The employees weren't very helpful about any of this either. I doubt I ever attempt to even walk in their stores anymore.

Waited two and a half hours just to purchase tickets. Only to get up there and find out that the next entry to the museum would be at 4. Another three hours later. Wish that somehow they could alert to those waiting that they are sold out so you can make other arrangements. Things are not very clear until you get up to purchase tickets and even then they weren’t very helpful and clear. We went this past Saturday and there were so many people in there we couldn’t even enjoy it. We were in there for two and a half hours and most of that time was spent trying to get out. All I could think was if there were an emergency there would be a lot of people that wouldn’t make it out alive. I sure would have liked to have seen and enjoyed our time but I will never spend that kind of money to go through that again!!! They need to put a limit on how many people can go in there at a time.
