They didn’t have clean towel when we asked for them They said they ran out of clean towels. A lot of sketchy people in the area at night

Uncomfortable beds and 3 small pillows, no extended stay amenities (cups and plates etc..). Limited towels and soap that need get replaced by walking used towels to front desk for inspection for cleanliness. If towels are considered stained (makeup, dirt..?) they charge for this.

Tried to charge me 100 for late checkout claiming that it was for the price of the room for the day …. The rooms are not that price for the night and definitely not worth the price they are. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The elevators are never clean smells like dog poop everywhere because they never clean the hallways… drug addicts lurking everywhere l. Police are called on riffraff every day. Boring hotel by me oh my God there’s no pool no ice machine no breakfast no pots and pans to cook with no dishes for the kitchenettes your over priced for haveing nothing that’s crazy.no soaps no shampoos it’s crazy I won’t be staying again cubits boring n ho hell the vending machine. Got me for 5.00$@

Do not stay here please! It is the worst! You feel unsafe and the place is dirty, smells bad and loud neighbours all night!!!
By far one the worst, were customer service is not a priority, rude management, being wake up at 7am by the gardener's!!
