unfortune situation without adequate remedy unfortunately i was not able to stay despite the accommodation that was offered. the attenpt to fix their nistake just added insult. the first error was upon checking into the room, it was discovered that upon opening the door to the room, another person was already sleeping in the room. secondly the hotel was subpar at best. it was very unsanitary especialy for my 78 yr old mother shouldnt have to go thru this due to her health. the hotels staff attenpted to remedy the issue, but ... read more

I get to the hotel & I was about to check in when I needed to leave all of a sudden I told her "I WILL BE RIFHT BACK" soon as I leave I get a notification of a transaction. Vanessa front desk girl charged me for one night because I didn't check in before 5pm causing me to lose my weekly rate. I called and said what the charge was for and she said "IF YOU DONT CHECK IN BEFORE 5PM WE START CHARGING" I SAID "WHAT!?!? SO you guys have a cut off time before checking in?" Gave my room to a stranger!!! Lots to say but my biggest complaint is that at 8:30 at night, we had a stranger open our door as my daughter was right by the door. I heard a man’s voice, jumped out of bed, and he apologized and said the front desk gave him the room. The front desk admittedly gave him our room. When I think of how bad that situation could have been, it makes me sick to my stomach. We didn’t even stay the whole time we booked. Customer service was also awful. No breakfast and too many pets. The hallways smelled like pet urine and people were so loud upstairs. At one point someone had pulled the fire alarm in the hallway. I don’t recommend staying here unless nothing else is available like in our situation. Vanessa at the front desk was the only good thing at this place.
