Elevator broken 1 towel in each room we requested 1st floor they gave it away they said elevator was down for 2 days but they didn’t call us until hour before arrival no time to find another hotel

My Father stayed passing through to get to AZ some family checked their kids in next to his room then went across to their own room and let their kids have at it all night without supervision video games with shooting sounds all night, up until 4 am. Pounding and shouting all night long. No phone in the room to call front desk. Horrible and loud getting no rest.

I didn’t stay at this hotel I tried to cancelled the day of my stay. I had an emergency was unable to stay. Hotels.com agent tried calling before check in time, no one answered I got charged. When I called talked to the manager said she was going to call me back. I called back the manager had me call hotels agent because they had no email which I did I even asked for they’re email so I can send the message prove and the hotel agent gave me the wrong email and the manager refused to give me my money back. There is nothing I liked. The photos when I booked showed some crockeries and a sofa bed. But when we got the room, not even a cup to make coffee or glass to drink water or a plate to eat our food was there. Kitchen was bare! No hangers! The room above us, someone was jumping until 2 am, literally jumping around the room!! The floor was dirty. In the Bathroom, only one soap was kept. We were waiting to check out from the moment we checked in.
