They charge for everything, early check in 25$, towels 9$ can not be dirty at all, laundry room 4$ wash n dry
The place itself isn’t bad, but one Sunday morning the neighbors were extremely noisy, and unfortunately, the front desk staff weren’t very pleasant. They seemed to be in a bad mood and lacked friendliness. A bit more courtesy and professionalism would go a long way
Didnt have knobs on the stove couldn’t cook their and the room never got cleaned , never going their again
All taxes and fees are not included in the total I highly disapprove of this hotel! No room service, towels cost you $3.50 every time you want new ones, bedding cost you an additional $3.50, also they want a $100 cash deposit. I should’ve stayed at the motel 6 instead. No complementary coffee.
Not clean at all, smell bad My experience was so bad, i have asthma and those room have a smoke stinky, not only that the floors are disgusting, no clean bedsheets , i would not recommended i email the property manager and i havent get a reaponse, when i asked to get change to another room Nina the front desk person told me they were sold out and not even offer to send somebody to clean the room, see yourself those picture

Never stay here! Staff is extremely rude and got my linces plates from my car stolen! Very ghetto!
I would not stay at this hotel again. They were under construction. The hotel hallways smelled really bad. The bathroom was dirty. There was a hair in the sink and stains on the floor. It was noisy in the morning and I could hear thumping through the walls and upper level floor.
