Useless Wifi, less than 1mbps, called the support and lost 1 hour trying. Just had to buy at T Mobile. And the worst.. construction taking of concrete with Jackdrill just before 8h00am.. we arrived late from Asia and expecte to sleep. This is crazy they should let us know that we cannot stay amd the wifi is not powerfull enough to open Gmail.

The WoodSpring was in a sketchy area. There were several homeless people gathered near the entrance to the parking lot. They tell you that they don’t give refunds after you sign in. That should have been a hint to the state of the place. I was on the 4th floor. The freeway noise was very loud, as well as the housekeeping staff. Shortly after I arrived, a young woman on the housekeeping staff was cleaning in and out of a room down the hall. She was talking very loudly on her phone, using very vulgar language. Very noisy, people arguing I book the room throughout Expedia for a wheelchair accessible room but got there and I was told it was for a normal room. Never again I tell you.
