I thought our one night stand was going to be pleasant. But I barely slept. Our room was poorly cleaning, room smells old and cigarette maybe. Loud noises from other rooms. They don’t have front desk from 10-9am. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

I was told by front desk upon check-in and reservation that rooms were not available. I had checked in at 5 PM. Receptionist told me no rooms were available if I can come back in 45 minutes and it is a first come first serve very unprofessional and inconvenient of my time

The too. Did not feel very clean and there was just a thin blanket available. Stayed for one night and won’t be returning

Disgusting rooms Checking in was not a problem. It was when I entered the room was where the problem was. The beds were absolutely dirty. It was as if the sheets were never changed out. I found hair on the sheets and under the sheets felt extremely crumbly. Thank goodness I brought my own blankets and slept on top of the sheets. I had to buy a swiffer with duster and wet wipes to clean the floors for my 8 month old to crawl on. I should have taken a picture of the first cleaning - it was disgusting. i stayed 3 nights and 2 days at this property and i will not be coming back ever . upon arrival the night staff failed to greet me at check in and failed to send an email i requested. My whole stay no house keeping came to check on the suite i had a full trash can the entire time. the smell throughout the hallways was horrendous. the elevator felt unsafe and the surrounding properties caused transients to wander onto hotel property. the overall experience was bad will not be back here. only upside was the suites have plentif... read more
